Anniversary of losing Imam Musa Kaazem

Sheykh Koleyni – a famous Shia'h scholar from the third century A.H.- has narrated from one of Imam Mosa Kaazem's (PBUH) servants who said that just before Imam Mosa (PBUH) was taken to Baghdad by the Caliph, the Imam told his son -Imam Reza (PBUH)- to sleep in.... Hazrat Zainab(PBUH)stood firmly like a rock in Aashoora, but only one year later, she sadly faded away like a shriveled flower. She watched the people's broken promises to her grandfather-the prophet- ;she witnessed her father's - Ali's- broken head, her mother's -Fatima's- broken side bone, her brothers' and children's – Hassan's and Hossain's (PBUT)and ...- broken and and torn bodies; how could her heart not break?!

Her broken heart stopped on Rajab the fifteenth, year62 A.H. , only one year after Ashoora.

Imam Ali's Birth

On occasions which the Ahl-Ol-Bait are happy, we are also joyful. On Rajab the tenth,year 195 A,H. The only son of Imam Reza, Mohammad (PBUT)was born; the son whom every one expected to be the ninth infallible Imam, as the prophet (pbuh&hp) had prophesied.

A group of Imam Reza's (PBUH) companions visited the Imam while his three years old son was present. They asked imam Reza: if something happens, who shall be your successor? The Imam pointed towards his son and said: this child. They asked:with this young age?! Imam replied: yes with this young age; Allah appointed Jesus as His Hojjat and His appointee while he was not even three years old.
