Pigeons of his sacred Shrine

Part 2

In another ever-glorious anniversary of Ghadir, once again we are reminded of a very special choosing by Allah, the choosing of the Successors of the very last Prophet and Rasool of Allah, the Awsiya who by the exclusive Grace of Allah, have possessed the Knowledge and Hekmat of all previous Prophets of Allah in their Allah-Expanded chests, those, most loving and benevolent to humankind after Rasool of Allah, those whose hearts have only beaten for the Pleasedness of their Lord, the one and only Allah, …. Let us continue reading together the words of one of those chosen ones, Imam Reda (PBUH), in regard to the sublime reality of the twelve Infallible Imams (PBUT); on the one hand, we are thankful to Allah (SWT)for Enshaa’Allah being blessed with their love and obedience, and on the other hand, we are sorrowful for the heart breaking fact that many have not really realized their Allah-Bestowed position, and that the last of them is still in Occultation partly perhaps because you and we too have not truly realized their status!

The everflow of Divine Knowledge in Ramadan

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Surely We sent It in the Night of Qadr [Measurement, Grandeur, …].

And what makes you comprehend what the Night of Qadr is?

The Night of Qadr is more superior than a thousand months.

The angels and the Rooh [Spirit] descend therein, by the Permission of their Lord, regarding every Amr [Decree, Command, affair, …].

Salaam it is, till the rising of the dawn.

Qur’an, Surah Qadr (97)

HEAVEN on earth

Part 1

Yet another glorious Ramadan, with all its Heavenly grandeur and magnificence, is upon us. On this Ramadan, we wish to wrap a beautiful and gentle true story, in a soft, sky blue celestial wrapping paper with angels carrying white and gray clouds hither and thither, while the rays of the golden and brilliant Sun are shining through the clouds, and here and there, the beautiful Sun is coming out and smiling …; and our hearts would like to offer this gift to all hearts out there who love and beat for that golden Sun. The story is not about Ramadan, but about the Sun whose ever-flowing warmth is always embracing our existence, but … .

Human life

Contributed by bineshan on 08 Feb 2009 - 12:47 PM

Truly, from the viewpoint of Islam, how much is human life worth?!

Jihad (Jahaad) in Islam, just like other exalted and aimful matters within Islam, is an issue which has been misrepresented quite often, either by those who knowingly, for worldly reasons, have wished to weaken and make Islam look bad, or by those who have desired to gain more of this world using religion, or by those who have not had sufficient information, or … .

THE NECESSITY FOR WILAYAT IN THIS ERA

Contributed by bineshan on 15 Jul 2008 - 12:20 PM

Lately on the anniversary of Lady Fatimah's (PBUH) martyrdom, we quoted a very soul-touching statement from Shifa L V Mustapha, an Australian -formerly Christian- lady who by Grace of Allah has embraced the True Islam with all her mind, heart and soul. That beautiful statement of hers was:

"Have you ever noticed how the most beautiful of 'crushed flowers' releases its perfume more strongly than ever?"

Shifa Mustapha has narrated her very thought-provoking journey, from Christianity to Islam, in her renowned book "In quest of Truth, from deception to deliverance", and other complementary books are, Allah-Willing, going to be followed.

The following is an article from her which has already been published by "The Ahl ul Bayt World Assoc.". On this very auspicious occasion of the anniversary of Hadrat Ali's (PBUH) miraculous birth in the Holy Ka'bah, we cordially invite you to read this article, written by a sincere person whose pure love for God and His Chosen Ones, miraculously, guided her to the heavenly 'Straight Path' of the True Islam

Zaynab, graceful emblem of obedience and patience

Part II

In the arena of human history, a Lady has shined; a Lady whose grandfather, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP), at her birth, by Allah's command, named her the 'adornment of father' (the meaning of the Arabic name, Zaynab); Zaynab, the adornment of Ali (PBUT), how perfectly and beautifully chosen … .

We never wish to be free, from the commands of Ali and infallible sons of Ali;

we have learned this, from a broken flower named Zaynab, loving daughter of Ali.

Mohammad, the Promise of Enjil (Gospel) - IV

Last part

In spite all this, yet the Christians have tried another thing; they have said that the "Paraclete", is the Holy Ghost! While they are saying themselves in the gospel of John 7:16 that Jesus (PBUH) said:

Mohammad, the Promise of Enjil (Gospel) - I

In the current New Testament of the Bible, which is a collection of scriptures used by Christians, including four different gospels, there are numerous indications to the Prophet promised by Jesus (PBUT); here we wish to some detail, explore one set of those promises.

Mohammad, the Promise of Torah - Part III

What we have mentioned so far in the first two parts of this writing, are only samples of many such cases of discrepancies in the current Bible; many western documents also verify the mistakes in the Bible which furthermore prove the fact that unfortunately the Bible has been distorted; for instance Bart Ehrman says, "There are more known errors in the Bible than there are words, while the original versions are universally lost."; also see “The Destruction of the Bible”; and also see "50,000 Errors in the Bible?" a reproduction from the Christian Magazine "AWAKE!" September 8, 1957, and … .

Mohammad, the promise of Torah - II

We, the Muslims, based on Qur'an, believe that Prophethood was bestowed upon both Ismael -the Prophet Ibrahim's first son- and also Is_haaq (Isaac) -the Prophet Ibrahim's son who was born years after Ismael-; but obviously the Prophet Ibrahim (PBUT) himself prayed that the Ever-Promised Prophet Mohammad (PBUH&HP) to be born from the Prophet Ismael whom he built Ka'bah with.

Mohammad, the promise of Torah -I

When the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) took his wife Haajar (Hagar) and his first born, Ismael (Ishmael), to PARAN, where Mecca is today, the Prophet Ibrahim prayed to Allah:

O’ our Lord! surely I have settled from my offspring in an uncultivated land, near Your Bait Al-Haraam (Sacred House); our Lord! that they be upholders of Salaat; so make the hearts of some people yearn for them, and provide them with benefits; perhaps they will be grateful.

My Lord! Set me (to be) upholder of Salaat (Prayers), and from my offspring (too); O’ our Lord! and do accept (my) prayer.

(Qur'an, Surah Ibrahim, verses 37 & 40)

Finding God!

Contributed by bineshan on 10 Oct 2007 - 11:01 AM

Finding god!

Are there many ways, for finding God?!

In today's world, people from different walks of life claim that there are many ways to find god; a musician may claim that through his music, he sees his god; a dancer may say that while dancing he has found his god; another claims that when he meditates his own way, he feels the closeness of his god; others claim that by worshiping a certain symbol, they have found and approached their god; another indicates that his hero, is the god that he was searching for; … ; i.e. people think that they are experiencing many ways to find god without limiting themselves to any specified way or religion. Are these claims correct?

O' God!

O' God!

This world that we are living in, is quite complicated. People every where -with different backgrounds and beliefs- are repeating the word god, and are claiming that they are praying and talking to god; so, what is the big deal? Why do the Shi'ah claim that their way is the only ever-commanded way?!

Ma'roof and Monkar

We are living in a colorful world where every day some so-called new behaviors are surfacing and adopted -while many of these behaviors are not even so new- but any way, they are enough to confuse any one who does not stand on solid ground.

Aim of creation - I

The subject of “Aim of creation” is a frequently thought about matter by intellectuals. The only reasons for existence of humankind which human schools of thoughts have presented, are eating, sleeping, working, enjoying, … to dying, -i.e. living and existing to leaving this world and not existing- and even the aim of all scientific discoveries is defined, for better living and leaving; in another words, human schools of thoughts have limited the aim of existence to this world, because they consider human, a completely terrestrial and mortal being, not a celestial one.

Noah ark 3

Contributed by bineshan on 18 Mar 2007 - 09:40 PM

Noah Ark 3

When the Prophet Noah’s (PBUH) son was about to drown, Noah implored Allah to save his son but Allah responded that Noah’s son was not his Ahl, and the son was drowned (Qur’an, Surah Hoode, Verses 45&46) . The word Ahl in Arabic, sometimes means family but the more general meaning of this word is, the adherents of something or somebody; for instance, the Ahl-Ol-Haq means the adherents of the Truth. While Noah’s son was a member of Noah’s family, but he was not an adherent of Noah as the Prophet of Allah; therefore Noah’s son, just like the rest of the people who had done wrong, was not saved from the Flood and was drowned. In another words, if a member of a Prophet’s family disobeys the Prophet of Allah and does wrong, he/she is not considered the Ahl of that Prophet, even though he/she is a member of that Prophet’s family.

True love!

True love!

There are certain soft and gentle feelings which all human beings share in their hearts such as appreciating beauty, loving one’s own children, helping others and … . These pure instinctive emotions are within human; these feelings may get weaker or stronger by external elements and experiences but they never go away. These instincts are inseparable part of human identity. One feeling -which may be considered as the foundation of purity and beauty- is the Divinely bestowed love of our Lordd. Loving God is a celestial feeling which we all share in our hearts; actually, our nature and essence have been created based upon the love of Allah:

The Divine Fetrat which people have been created based upon; there is no transformation (Tabdil) in Allah’s creation… .

(Qur’an, Surah Roome, verse 30)

Noah Ark 2

On the face of People’s disobedience, the Prophet Noah (PBUH) implored Allah for help and Allah allowed the waters of the earth and the sky to create the Great Flood (Qur’an, Surah Qamar, verses 9 to 12).

By Allah’s command, Noah (PBUH) had already -in the midst of people’s mocking for he was building a ship in the dry land- built the Ark (Qur’an, Surah Hoode, verses 37 & 38).

Noah Ark 1

Qur'an clearly indicates that those who did not join the Noah Ark, were drowned; Allah revealed to Noah:

(O' Noah!)And make the Ark before Our Eyes and (according to) Our Revelation, and do not speak to Me in respect of those who are unjust; surely they shall be drowned.

(Qur'an, Surah Hood, verse 37)
