Every breath we take
Imam Mahdi (PBUH) has said:
Surely the earth will never be devoid of a "Hojjat" (Divine Proof), whether he is apparent, or he is hidden.
(Kamaal-O-Ddeen, vol. 2,… )
Allah -based upon His Love, Wisdom, Omnipotence, …- has always done as He has Willed; His Will has been that His blessings have always flowed through His chosen Hojaj (Proofs). A Hojjat of Allah -among his many responsibilities- is the means through whom Divine Grace and blessings -including the blessing of life itself- reach the entire existence.
To understand this vital issue better, let us make an example, although this example itself does not do this issue justice but we make this example only for more closeness of the issue to our minds.
Life on planet earth in many ways, depends on the sun; its light, energy, radiations, gravity,… ; for instance if the sun's gravity were to diminish, the earth would have been thrown into space and as the direct result, no form of life as we know, would have survived. If Allah had Willed, surely this arrangement could have been totally different, but this is the way it is.
Everything in the entire existence depends on the Hojjat of Allah, whether they know it or not. If someone lacks the knowledge about the force of gravity and denies it, the gravity is there whether he understands it or not!
In every moment of human's life, a Hojjat of Allah has been present on earth. Therefore for every breath we take, we depend on our beloved Mahdi (PBUH); O' our most gracious Imam! Forgive us for all our ignorant ungratefulness… .
