Truth behind ‘Lady of Fatima’

Part 4

With this article we have simply wished to present certain facts to our fair-minded and intelligent friends; and although the secrecies and evidences point to the fact that the truth regarding the so called Fatima apparitions has been grossly distorted, yet we have not wished to insist that the apparitions in the village of Fatima was Hadrat Fatima (PBUH). Of course if it was Hadrat Fatima (PBUH), being so loving and benevolent toward humankind, surely her main concern would have been to save Christians from the distorted path which they have chosen, and to direct them toward everlasting Salvation by re-inviting Christians back to the Truth of Allah; and if it was Hadrat Maryam (PBUH) she would have certainly invited the Christians to the same Truth of Allah; if it was her (PBUH), she probably would have reintroduced Hadrat Fatima (PBUH) to them so that they might see the Light of the Truth, she might have even recited the following statement from the current book of revelation; after all in the midst of distortions of the current Bible, some rays from the Light of Allah still shines:

Bible, book of Revelation 12:1 “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of TWELVE STARS.”

As Christians believe, this statement was a vision of the future in the Last Days; a glorious Lady and Twelve Stars! Who could that be but the Lady Fatima and the Twelve Infallible Imams (PBUT), the 12 stars of the crown of her glory?!

Or perhaps, the whole thing was the wishful imagination of one child, leading the other two children, being under the influence of their pro-religion rural surroundings as opposed to the growing pro-secularization urban movement at the time, and … . Also it is important to mention that it has been said that “Lucia saw the statue smile at her … Children loved and adored Lúcia. She was a fabulous storyteller with a gift for narration … Father De Marchi said that she was not a pretty child … Her mother did not take kindly to the news that her youngest daughter was having visitations, believing that she was simply making up lies for attention …" (From the Wikipedia); in any case, Allah (SWT) knows best. But it is certainly thought provoking that although there have been many reported so called apparitions among Christians, this one which has the glorious name “Fatima”, has received so much attention; yes truly even just uttering the celestial name “Fatima” itself has so much magnificence and grandeur that is beyond human comprehension, it opens closed doors, heals and …; let alone loving Fatima (PBUH) and believing in her Allah-Bestowed lordship, and her exalted status as one of the most beloved obedient servants of Allah … . We implore Allah to hasten the Appearance of Mahdi of Fatima (PBUT) which will be followed by the descent of ‘Eesa of Maryam (PBUT) so that the Truth may be revealed. We the Muslims, do not need such stories to prove the rightfulness of the True Islam; just by comparing the character of Hadrat Maryam (PBUH) as presented in distorted Christianity with the beautiful manner she is presented in the True Islam, the Truth becomes brighter than the daylight for any fair-minded person who truly loves God and seeks the Truth; and this is what we intend to do next.

Firstly the concept of the “Original Sin” which is believed by most Christians must be understood. Christians believe that Eve, Hadrat Hawwa (PBUH) committed the Original sin by eating from the tree which God had forbidden (Bible, Old Testament, book of genesis, 3:1-6).

In the New Testament of the Bible, Paul -he who usurped the Allah bestowed Successorship Right of Sham’oon Safa (Simon Peter)- is quoted to have said that Hadrat Hawwa (PBUH) was the sinner:

“Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” [1 Timothy 2:11-14]

Then, the Christians believe that any human being born to this world inherits that Original Sin and thus is born unclean and a sinner; this is one reason they baptize children at birth:

“Augustine of Hippo (354–430) taught … . This particular sin would not have taken place, if Satan hadn't sown into their senses "the root of evil” … Having committed this particular sin human nature was henceforth transformed. Adam and Eve, via se xual reproduction, recreated human nature. Their descendants now live in sin … Augustine believed that the only definitive destinations of souls are heaven and hell. He concluded that unbaptized infants go to hell as a consequence of original sin.” (Wikipedia Encyclopedia)

But, “Some Christians do not accept the doctrine indicated by the terms "original sin" or "ancestral sin", which are not found in the Bible.” Wikipedia states further.

On the other hand: “Those who uphold this doctrine look to the teaching of Paul the Apostle in Romans 5:12-21 and 1 Corinthians 15:22 for its scriptural base.” (Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church (Oxford University Press 2005), article Original Sin).

It is this very same distorted doctrine which created the evil belief that women are the source of sin:

“Do you know that each of you is an Eve? The sentence of God on this sex of yours lives in this age; the guilt must necessarily live also. You are the Devil’s gateway; you are the unsealer of that tree; you are the first deserter of the Divine Law; you are she who persuaded him when the devil was not valiant enough to attack. You destroyed so easily God’s image in man. On account of your deserts (i.e. death), even the Son of God had to die.” St. Tertullian - de Coltu Feminarum.

It is noteworthy to mention that it was actually based on imported philosophical formulas such as those regarding the relation of cause and effect that the Christians innovated this doctrine; i.e. the doctrine of Original Sin originated from Greek philosophy, the philosophy which Paul was also quite familiar with:

“In Platonism and its subsequent variations the question of the cause and nature of evil was basic. The general assumption that sin and evil are ontological (that they have actual essence) contributed to and forms the basic premise of the doctrine of original sin. To be inherited, sin must have essence, real being; it must consist in some thing that causes evil choice and action, instead of being the moral character of the choice itself … It appears that the early framers and proponents of the doctrine of original sin did not use the Bible as their starting point. That is, the doctrine did not emerge on its own out of Biblical exegesis … From this and from the ideas behind infant baptism, Origen contributed to the doctrine … Largely out of his own personal experience--his struggle with temptation and his life of defeat in sin--rather than out of The Scriptures themselves, Augustine advanced the new doctrine … And so the doctrine of original sin was officially established in the Church, first in the West and eventually in the East (Ephesus, AD 431) …” (The Influence Of Greek Philosophy On The Development Of Christian Theology, by J. So basically, Christians believe that all infants at birth inherit the Original Sin and are therefore sinners, even though the poor child has not committed any sin!!! They also believe that the wage of sin is death, so to their opinion that is why humans die, because humans -whether they themselves have committed sins or not- are all born sinners. As a result, they believe that no human -being sinful- can ever be saved and enter heaven and thus have eternal life; so they decided that God Himself had to die for their sins and thus pay the wage of humans’ sins so that humankind may have eternal life in heaven!!! So, the unlimited God became a weak man, is own son, called jesus, and suffered and was killed for the sins of humankind. Therefore now that god has died for humankind, the wage of humankind’s sins has been paid and thus humans do not need to worry, not only the inherited original sin is forgiven but also are all the committed sins of the past, present and future; thus humans can commit any sin they wish because they have been saved by the blood of god and they will live forever in heaven!!! SOBHAANALLAH

At this point, let us quote a few statements of the renowned historian Will Durant from his book: Caesar and Christ. New York: Simon. 1944. Vol. 3 of The Story of Civilization. 11 vols. 1935-75:

“Christianity did not destroy paganism; it adopted it: (Caesar 595)

Durant ties in philosophy with Christianity when he states that the second century Alexandrian Church, from which both Clement and Origen came, “wedded Christianity to Greek philosophy” (Caesar 613)

Durant writes of the famed pagan philosopher, Plotinus, that “Christianity accepted nearly every line of him...” (Caesar 611)

Durant adds that ‘with [Origen] Christianity ceased to be only a comforting faith; it became a full-fledged philosophy … (Caesar 615)

Durant summarizes early Christianity: “In Christ and Peter, Christianity was Jewish; in Paul it became half Greek; in Catholicism it became half Roman” (Caesar 579)

Let us pay attention that Will Durant, a renowned historian, has clearly mentioned the role of pagan philosophy in the beliefs of Christianity; in addition, noticeably he reminds that at the beginning Christianity with the teachings of Jesus and Peter, the Prophet and his God Chosen Successor, was in line with the teachings of previous Prophets, before distortions of course, and then Durant states that with Paul, i.e. the usurper, teachings of Jesus and Peter were changed and they became half Greek, and later with the Church, they were distorted further and became half Roman. Yes, this is how the teachings of Hadrat ‘Eesa and Sham’oon Safa -Simon Peter- (PBUT) were eventually distorted, a process which is still ongoing. It is also very important to mention that while the Catholic Church regards Peter very highly, but it actually has been following the distorted teachings of Paul, philosophy and ,… . THEREFORE WE ALL MUST REALIZE THAT JUST THE mere CLAIM OF LOVING AND HONORING THE PROPHETS AND THEIR ALLAH CHOSEN SUCCESSORS IS NOT SUFFICIENT, RATHER TRULY LOVING AND HONORING THEM IS NECESSARY, I.E. TRULY LOVING AND HONORING THEIR ALLAH TAUGHT WAY AND THUS OBEYING AND FOLLOWING THEIR LEAD.

Do you see how Shaitaan misleads humankind toward perdition by inviting human to follow the evil teachings of usurpers, and to use limited and man made and imagined tools such as philosophy, mysticism and …, instead of following the pure teachings of Allah (SWT) through His Chosen and Infallible Prophets and their Successors (PBUT)?
