Rabi'-Ol-Anaam

An epithet by which Imam Mahdi (PBUH) has been addressed, in narrations and prayers, is "Rabi'-Ol-Anaam". "Rabi'" in Arabic, means spring and "Anaam", people; "Rabi'-Ol-Anaam" means, the spring of people.

This year, the lunar month of Rabi' has coincided with the spring of nature, and this is a delightful coincidence. Spring has the heavenly gift of life with it; in spring, all asleep trees and flowers come back to life and their beauty and freshness encompass visions. But the lunar month of Rabi' does not always coincide with the spring of nature; perhaps it can be said that the spring of souls and spirits does not have to happen only at the same time with the spring of nature; hearts, souls and spirits can experience spring, even when the nature is experiencing autumn and winter! Human spirit is not limited and confined to the nature of this earth; human spirit is celestial and it can always experience spring, that is if it observes the everlasting freshness of being with Allah, and that is not limited by the earthly dimension of time.

Mahdi (PBUH) is the spring of human souls and hearts; remembering and Anticipating Mahdi (PBUH) during his Disappearance, keep human souls joyful and hopeful and hearts, alive, and experiencing the beautiful and wonderful time of Appearance, awakens all asleep souls and hearts, just like spring, which awakens the asleep plants.

So, we wish you a wonderful spring and we pray that, may Allah hasten our beloved "spring of heart"'s Appearance and may Mahdi encompass and awaken all asleep souls and hearts… .

We cordially invite you to visit this site and take a celestial time out of your busy terrestrial schedules, to read the book "Spring of hearts" and let your hearts and souls blossom.
